Jen Green Thompson is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Jen has been selling property since 1994. Born and raised in Marlborough and Hudson she is a Hudson Catholic Alumni 1990. Jen went on to Salve Regina University in Rhode Island and graduated in 1994 with a Business Administration Degree- Major Marketing. Now with over 25 years of experience in Sales, Development and Building she has focused her efforts on Sales! Jen and her family currently reside in Southborough and love everything the community has to offer. Penny Green

I am a licensed real estate agent, as well as Operations Manager, for ReMax Signature Properties in Marlborough, MA. Trained by one of the area’s most successful real estate agents right out of college, I developed a comprehensive understanding of both the challenges and strategies for success for transacting real estate agreements of all sizes. This training, coupled with my education in Business and Advertising, allowed me to become not only an accomplished a real estate agent, but also a strong Operations Manager–a post which allows me to have the knowledge and resources needed to best represent buyers and sellers in an ever-changing real estate market, at my fingertips. The hallmarks of my professional life are hard work, dedication, honesty, and an overriding desire to help my clients get into homes they will love. I currently reside in Southborough, MA, with my husband and two children. When not in the office, I am with my family, playing outside and finding new adventures for my children. I like to remain active and outdoors as much as possible. Favorite past times include Cross-Fit, skiing, the beach, and entertaining family and friends.
Nicole Vallee

Nicole is a licensed real estate agent for ReMax Signature Properties in Marlborough. After graduating from Framingham State University’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics, she devoted her career as a Registered Dietitian to the Department of Defense (whom her husband still proudly serves for) and the Veterans Administration for 10 years. She decided on a career change in 2017 to accomplish a better work/life balance. Real estate has always peaked her interest. She worked for Marilyn Green as a receptionist during college. After her husband separated from Active Duty military, Nicole managed and sold their property in North Carolina after they moved back home. Born and raised in Marlborough, Nicole and her husband were more than happy to relocate their family back home in Massachusetts so their children can enjoy the same type of upbringing that they had. Currently raising 3 active boys, most of Nicole’s free time is spent at various ice hockey rinks and with friends and family. Hard work, honesty, dedication, and respect are important values to Nicole’s personal and professional life. She looks forward to helping clients meet their real estate goals.
